Job summary

TAFE NSW is seeking world-class educators to inspire Aboriginal Health students on a permanent full-time basis, at Campbelltown or Nepean (Kingswood) Campus. You will deliver engaging learning and help students build clinical skills to support culturally safe care, with travel across Western Sydney.

The Paid to Learn option supports those without a VET teaching credential through a 14‑week course, with guaranteed work on completion. Aboriginality is a genuine qualification for this role.

Qualifications

• Aboriginality is a genuine occupational qualification; documentation may be required.
• Minimum Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent.
• AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Evidence of teaching qualifications or willingness to undertake the 14‑week Paid to Learn course.
• Minimum of three years post‑qualification experience relevant to your industry.
• Current hands‑on clinical experience with broad clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging learning experiences and educational programs for Aboriginal Health students.
• Help students develop clinical skills and professional confidence.
• Travel across Western Sydney as required by operations and community needs.
