• Maintain and update the Product Improvement Register, ensuring timely resolution of identified issues.
• Conduct quality reviews of assessment tools and learning resources, including editing and proofing for clarity, consistency, and compliance.
• Apply standardised formatting and accessibility features to documents, ensuring alignment with organisational templates and guidelines.
• Ensure form fields, instructional text, and layout elements are consistent across all templates to support efficient development and QA.
• Coordinate QA checkpoints at defined stages of the production process, including pre-use validation.
• Collaborate with Product Improvement Officers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met.
• Provide support and guidance to teams on QA procedures and documentation standards.
• Maintain accurate records of QA actions, decisions, and pre-use validations.

About the role:

The Quality Assurance Officer is responsible for coordinating and implementing quality assurance processes across the product development lifecycle.
