Gorilla Jobs Pty Ltd. in Ipswich CBD is seeking a full-time A-Z Conveyancer to handle residential and commercial conveyancing files autonomously from instruction to settlement.

You will prepare documents, liaise with financiers and agents, manage PEXA and OSR tasks, and maintain excellent client service in a supportive team with onsite parking and a dedicated office. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in conveyancing, proficiency with PEXA/OSR, and a strong eye for detail.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2–5 years experience in residential and commercial conveyancing.
• Proficiency with PEXA and OSR platforms.
• Exceptional client service skills and responsiveness.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Initiative to take control and ownership of matters.
• Experience with LEAP software is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Take client instructions and manage conveyancing files independently.
• Prepare all necessary conveyancing documents.
• Liaise with third parties, including financiers, agents, and other solicitors.
• Handle all PEXA and in-house stamping requirements.
• Book and calculate settlement figures.
• Conduct property searches.
• Invoice clients and prepare final correspondence.
• Perform general office duties, including answering phones and welcoming clients.
