Job summary

Qualifications

• Tertiary degree in finance, commerce, law, or accounting or similar.
• Professional certifications in the insurance industry are preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite new and renewal A&H business within authority.
• Lead and manage a regional A&H underwriting team.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Provide monthly reporting on the A&H book and regional performance.
• Collaborate with regional and group managers to align on growth strategies.
• Develop annual and long-term operating plans for the region.
