Job summary

3D Recruitment is seeking quality A-Grade Electricians for active commercial construction projects across Melbourne. With work spanning the CBD, inner suburbs and locations further afield, we're keen to speak with experienced sparkies who are looking for their next project and ready to get on site.

The role covers electrical rough-in, fit-off, lighting and power installations across office fitouts, retail, schools and apartment builds. Must hold Victorian A-Grade Licence and White Card.

Qualifications

• Current Victorian A-Grade Electrical Licence.
• Commercial construction experience.
• Construction White Card.
• Own tools and reliable transport.
• Strong understanding of site safety requirements.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• EWP, Working at Heights, First Aid and other site tickets are highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Electrical rough-in and fit-off.
• Lighting and power installations.
• Cable tray, conduit and cable pulling.
• Switchboard installation and related electrical works.
• Reading and interpreting electrical drawings.
• Working with other trades and site teams.
• Maintaining a strong focus on site safety, quality and productivity.

We work with electrical contractors delivering commercial construction projects across Melbourne, with work spanning office fitouts, retail developments, education facilities, apartment builds and more. We're looking to connect reliable, experienced A-Grade Electricians with projects that suit their skills, experience and location.

WHAT YOU GET

• $50–$55 per hour + Super


• $29.10 daily travel allowance

THE ROLE

Depending on the project, duties may include:

• Electrical rough-in and fit-off


• Lighting and power installations


• Cable tray, conduit and cable pulling


• Switchboard installation and associated electrical works


• Reading and interpreting electrical drawings


• Working alongside other trades and site teams


• Maintaining a strong focus on site safety, quality and productivity

YOU

• Current Victorian A-Grade Electrical Licence


• Commercial construction experience


• Construction White Card


• Own tools and reliable transport


• Strong understanding of site safety requirements


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Reliable, professional and ready to get stuck into the work
