MTR Electrical Solutions in Chelsea Heights, VIC, is seeking multiple Site Manager - Qualified A-Grade Electricians to lead a portfolio of own jobs in Melbourne’s South Eastern Suburbs. You will run on-site activities under project managers, with a focus on high-end homes and automation systems.

The role emphasizes problem-solving, teamwork, and delivering top-quality electrical installations with mentorship for apprentices and junior staff.

Formación

• Current A Grade Electrician Qualification and Licence.
• Current Driver’s Licence.
• Construction Induction Card (Red/White).
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems.
• Experience with home automation is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Work on high-end, custom residential homes and renovations.
• Install and maintain home automation, AV, security & CCTV systems.
• Perform general electrical work including fittings, fixtures and appliances.

The Role

Due to ongoing growth and expansion, MTR Electrical Solutions is seeking multiple Site Manager - Qualified A-Grade Electricians to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for detail-oriented individuals who can perform work to the highest standard. As a Qualified A-Grade Electrician, you will be a Leading Hand who runs a portfolio of your own jobs under the supervision of our Project managers. You will be a part of a fun work culture with an enjoyable working environment. Ideally, you will have a keen interest, or be looking to grow your knowledge in the home automation and security fields.

The role will include but not limited to working on a variety of jobs inclusive of:

• New, high-end, custom residential homes and renovations


• Install and maintain home automation systems, AV systems, security & CCTV systems


• General electrical including installation of fittings, fixtures and appliances


• Offer technical guidance and mentorship to apprentices & junior electricians


• Ensure all electrical work is completed safely and in compliance with regulations and standards

Prerequisites

To be considered for an interview, you must have:

• Current A Grade Electrician Qualification and Licence
