Seal Refrigeration and Air Conditioning in Brisbane seeks a competent and confident A/C technician aiming to progress to Installation Co-ordinator. The role focuses on installation, commissioning, and hands-on project involvement.

Qualified and experienced technicians are invited; full training for Installation Co-ordinator will be provided. Applicants must hold ARC Licence, White Card, Restricted Electrical Licence, and a manual driving licence.

Qualifications

• Qualified and experienced A/C technician with installation/ commissioning background.
• Willing to learn estimating and quoting.
• Willing to learn basic project management and subcontractor coordination.
• Shows initiative, leadership, self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Progress to Installation Co-ordinator role and lead projects.
• Organise subcontractors and coordinate installation tasks.
• Provide input to estimating and project planning as needed.

A Brisbane based company is looking for a competent and confident A/C technician looking to progress to Installation Co-ordinator to join their air conditioning and refrigeration team.

Qualified and experienced refrigeration and air conditioning technicians are welcome to apply as full training for Installation Co-ordinator will be provided.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Qualified and experienced A/C technician
• Have background in A/C installations and commissioning
• Be willing to learn estimating and quoting
• Be willing to learn basic projects and organise sub-contractors
• Shows initiative and leadership
• Self motivated
• Ability to work unsupervised

The company has been successful for the past 20 years and creates a great working environment. The companymaintains and repairsvarious commercial air conditioning equipmentin theBrisbane Metropolitan area and includes sites at the GoldCoast and Caboolture.

Applicant must hold all current licences including:
