Job summary

Mini Masterminds is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join our Finance team on a 6-month maximum-term contract. You will provide accurate, timely financial reporting and analysis across the organisation, turning data into clear insights to help leaders understand performance and trends.

You will build Power BI dashboards, support budgeting and forecasting, investigate variances, and collaborate with Centre Leaders and other teams to deliver practical financial insights.

Qualifications

• Analytical and commercially minded Finance professional.
• Experience with financial reporting and analysis.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain Power BI dashboards.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling capability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare recurring management reports and financial schedules.
• Analyse actuals vs budget, forecast and prior periods; explain variances.
• Reconcile reports to general ledger and source data.
• Investigate discrepancies and data issues.
• Analyse revenue, labour and costs across centres.
