You Will Ideally Have
  • Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline.
  • Experience in financial reporting, accounting or financial analysis.
  • Strong experience preparing management reports and financial analysis.
  • Proven ability to analyse budgets, forecasts and actual results and explain key movements.
  • Strong reconciliation and data-quality skills.

  • Strong Excel and financial modelling capability.
  • Experience supporting budgets, forecasts, audits or year-end reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisation and accountability.
  • CA or CPA qualification, or progress towards one, is desirable.
  • Experience within early childhood education, service businesses or multi-site organisations will be highly regarded.

This is an opportunity to make an immediate impact within a growing, multi-site organisation while working closely with senior finance and operational stakeholders.
