Job summary

QE Innovations Pty Ltd in Port Kembla, NSW, seeks a First class CNC machinist for a permanent night shift with overtime. You will operate a large 5-axis CNC, set up machines, interpret drawings and ensure on-time delivery with quality workmanship.

The role requires 5+ years in CNC operation or CAM programming, a team-oriented attitude, and ownership of tasks. Forklift/dogging licences are an advantage but not essential. Immediate start available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC operation and/or CAM programming experience.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate a large 5 axis milling and turning CNC machine.
• Set up CNC machines and maintain them.
• Interpret drawings and specifications to shape metal to tolerances.
