Job summary

KickAss Products Pty Ltd is seeking a Retail Sales Assistant for the Eastern Creek team. You’ll help customers identify needs, recommend suitable 12V gear, and explain complex products in simple terms.

You’ll spend time on the showroom floor, build knowledge across 12V, power, camping and 4WD ranges, and work toward sales and customer service targets while assisting with stock and store presentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in face-to-face sales or customer service roles.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the showroom floor to determine needs.
• Discuss setup, budget and preferred products with customers.
• Explain technical products in simple terms and build product knowledge.
• Support stock, merchandising and store presentation.
• Contribute to achieving sales and service targets.
• Handle customer inquiries and warranty issues where needed.
