Job summary

Real Pet Food Company in Somersby is hiring for a hands-on stock control and operations role in our stable manufacturing team. You’ll manage stock accuracy across ingredients and packaging, receipts and put-away with RF scanners and QAD, and supply packaging to the production line in real time.

The role requires a forklift licence, warehouse experience, and strong team communication as you help keep operations flowing.

Qualifications

• Forklift licence (essential).
• Warehouse experience and ability to receipto and stock materials.
• Experience using RF scanners and MRP systems (QAD).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Team-first mindset with willingness to help in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing stock accuracy across ingredients and packaging.
• Receipting and put-away using RF scanners and QAD (MRP system).
• Supplying packaging to the production line in real time.
• Supporting the team wherever needed to keep operations flowing.
• Operating multiple production machines when required.
