Job summary

Impact Air & Electrical Pty Ltd in Cardiff, NSW is seeking a motivated 3rd or 4th Year Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Apprentice to join our small hands-on team. You will gain experience across residential installations, servicing, maintenance and repairs while working closely with the business owner.

As you progress, you will take on increasing responsibility, with opportunities to carry out jobs independently and develop into a qualified technician.

Qualifications

• Currently in your 3rd or 4th year of an Air Conditioning & Refrigeration apprenticeship.
• Have a strong interest in air conditioning installation, servicing and repairs.
• Have practical experience and confidence working with air conditioning systems.
• Able to work independently when required and comfortable taking responsibility for jobs.
• Reliable, punctual and take pride in your work.
• Have good communication skills and a professional approach when dealing with customers.
• Hold a current driver's licence.
• Keen to continue learning and developing your trade skills.

We are looking for a motivated and reliable 3rd or 4th Year Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Apprentice to join our small, hands-on team. Our business primarily specialises in air conditioning installation, servicing, maintenance and repairs, as well as residential electrical work. As a small business, we take pride in delivering quality workmanship, paying attention to the finer details and taking the time to do the job properly. We are looking for someone who shares these values, has a genuine interest in the air conditioning side of the trade and is keen to further develop their practical skills and work towards becoming a confident, independent technician.
