ACR Air Conditioning Pty Ltd is seeking a 2nd or 3rd year air conditioning apprentice to join our team in Sutherland, NSW. This is a full-time apprenticeship offering hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems across residential and commercial properties.

You will work under skilled tradespeople, gain practical skills, and develop knowledge of drawings, specifications and industry standards while contributing to customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or progressing through a 2nd or 3rd year air conditioning apprenticeship.
• Strong understanding of air conditioning and refrigeration principles and practices.
• Competency with hand tools and power tools relevant to the trade.
• Sound problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel to job sites in the Sutherland area.
• Commitment to workplace safety and environmental regulations regarding refrigerants.
• Good communication skills and a professional attitude toward clients and team members.

Responsabilités

• Assist in the installation of air conditioning units and refrigeration systems for residential and commercial clients.
• Perform routine maintenance and servicing of air conditioning equipment.
• Support qualified technicians in diagnosing and rectifying faults in air conditioning systems.
• Assist with the testing and commissioning of newly installed systems.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to job completion and service work.
• Ensure work areas are kept clean and organised, with proper handling and disposal of refrigerants.
• Contribute to workplace safety by following health and safety protocols.
• Develop knowledge of technical drawings and industry standards.

ACR Air Conditioning Pty Ltd is seeking a 2nd or 3rd year air conditioning apprentice to join our growing team in Sutherland, NSW. This is a full-time apprenticeship position offering you the opportunity to develop practical skills and technical knowledge in the air conditioning and refrigeration industry under the mentorship of experienced professionals. You will work towards completing your apprenticeship whilst gaining valuable hands‑on experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems across residential and commercial properties.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and servicing of air conditioning equipment
