Michael Page is seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to lead end-to-end procurement activities for IT and marketing goods and services in Docklands, Melbourne. The role involves working with stakeholders to define sourcing requirements, managing sourcing documentation, and negotiating supplier terms to meet procurement strategies.

Ideal candidates will have proven experience across IT or marketing procurement, with strong negotiation skills and meticulous documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience managing procurement activities across IT or marketing categories.
• Capability to run sourcing processes, from requirements gathering through to supplier selection.
• Experience reviewing supplier proposals and commercial terms.
• Strong commercial negotiation capability with suppliers.
• Ability to work with stakeholders to clarify purchasing needs and priorities.
• Experience maintaining accurate procurement documentation and supplier records.
