Job summary

Galvin-Rowley Executive Search is partnering with a major ASX-listed consumer organisation to recruit an experienced Technology Procurement Contractor.

You will join the Procurement team, reporting to the Head of Procurement - Technology & Digital, and lead sourcing across software, integration services and specialist technology partners to shape the technology foundations that connect customers, retailers and supply chains.

Bring your technology procurement expertise to two major transformation programmes shaping the future of supply chain and digital retail.

We are seeking an experienced Technology Procurement Contractor to join the Procurement team of a major ASX-listed consumer organisation, reporting to the Head of Procurement - Technology & Digital.

Supporting Digital Supply Chain and a multi-year ecommerce and shopper technology programme, you will lead sourcing activities across enterprise platforms, software, integration services and specialist technology partners. This is an opportunity to influence commercial outcomes and help establish the technology foundations that connect customers, retailers and supply chains.

The opportunity

Working closely with Procurement, Legal, Technology and business stakeholders, you will:

• Translate business and technical requirements into clear sourcing strategies and practical delivery plans.
• Develop and manage RFI/RFP processes, supplier engagement and commercial evaluation.
• Drive negotiations and work with Legal to progress contracts.
• Coordinate sourcing, incumbent transitions and specialist partner engagements across connected workstreams.
• Bring structure, visibility and momentum to a substantial pipeline of procurement activity.

The technology landscape spans ecommerce, customer identity and consent, loyalty, order management, martech, data and integration services, alongside digital supply chain platforms.

What you'll bring

You are an experienced technology procurement professional who enjoys getting close to the detail, building productive stakeholder relationships and moving complex sourcing activity forward.

You will bring:

• Strong experience in technology procurement and strategic sourcing, including software, digital platforms and technology services.
• Sound commercial judgement and confidence in supplier negotiations and contracting.
• The ability to understand technical requirements and their commercial implications.
• A practical, organised approach to managing multiple priorities and stakeholder groups.

Experience across supply chain, ecommerce, customer platforms, data or martech would be particularly valuable.
