Job summary

360 Personnel seeks experienced 2nd Class Welders / Fabricators for workshop-based roles across Brisbane. Positions involve MIG and TIG welding, fabrication and assembly of metal products, including stairs, platforms, walkways and handrails.

Aluminium, stainless steel and general metal components are common materials. Key responsibilities include welding to specifications, reading drawings, inspecting finished work, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• MIG and TIG welding experience required or demonstrated in past roles.

360 Personnel is seeking experienced 2nd Class Welders / Fabricators for multiple workshop-based opportunities across Brisbane. These positions involve MIG and TIG welding, fabrication and assembly of metal products. Opportunities are available for welders with experience working with aluminium, stainless steel or general metal components.

Key responsibilities

• MIG and TIG welding on aluminium, stainless steel and other metal components
• Fabricating and assembling products to specifications
• Manufacturing stairs, platforms, walkways and handrail systems
• Cutting, shaping, bending and preparing materials
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and fabrication plans
• Measuring and checking completed products
• Grinding, finishing and preparing welded components
• Working across different workshop and production stations
• Completing quality inspections
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area

About you

• Previous MIG and TIG welding experience
• Fabrication or workshop experience
• Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings
• Sound metal assembly and fabrication skills
