Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in a GMP manufacturing environment.
• College degree with a specialization in Pharmaceutical production technology or equivalent.
• Aseptic manufacturing experience, with Visual Inspection and PFS knowledge preferred.
• Experience supporting audit and inspection preparation, with Health Authority and regulatory guidelines.
• Ability to collaborate with peers, leadership and cross-functional support groups.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, together with strong organizational capabilities.
• Attention to detail while executing multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated commitment to Moderna's values of Bold, Collaborative, Curious, and Relentless.
• Willingness to work across rotating shifts in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Practice safe work habits and adhere to safety procedures.
• Execute manufacturing operations per cGMP, SOPs and approved documentation.
• Follow gowning procedures and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Operate production equipment for mRNA vaccine manufacturing with attention to process and quality.
• Respond to routine equipment, process and digital issues with structured troubleshooting.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance, lubrication and checks.
• Identify and report compliance, health and safety issues to the supervisor.
• Participate in incident investigations and CAPA activities.
• Collaborate with QA to complete documentation for batch disposition.
• Apply performance tools to achieve KPI objectives and support operational excellence.
• Maintain training records and ensure they are up to date.
• Contribute to projects and continuous improvement with digital tools.
• Collaborate across a dynamic matrix environment across teams.
• Bring scientific thinking and rapid learning to new technologies.
• Maintain attention to detail while multitasking with minimal supervision.
• Work across rotating schedules in a 24/7 environment and overtime as needed.
