BHP is inviting graduates into its 2028 Graduate Program for multiple disciplines. The 24-month program focuses on learning, capability building, and hands-on experience across resources, technology, decarbonisation and safe operations.

From day one, you receive onboarding, learning paths, and support from a graduate cohort, buddy, and leaders who are keen to help you grow and make an impact. International visa requirements apply where relevant.

Qualifications

• Graduated within the past two years or due to graduate by end of 2027.
• Open to students and graduates from Engineering, Science, Technology, Business or Health disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured onboarding and guided learning paths.
• Work on meaningful projects across resources, technology, decarbonisation and safe, sustainable operations.
• Collaborate with mentors, your buddy and leaders to grow and learn.
