BHP is inviting graduates to its 2028 Graduate Program, a 24‑month development track across resources, technology, decarbonisation and safe, sustainable operations. You’ll build on university foundations while gaining hands‑on experience.

From day one, expect structured onboarding, guided learning paths, mentors and a cohort that supports your growth. Roles may be based in residential communities, city offices or Fly in Fly out, with relocation support within Australia.

Formación

• Graduated within the past two years or due to graduate by end of 2027.
• Disciplines include Engineering, Science, Technology or Business.
• International visa with no work restrictions by Feb 2028.

• Learn how the resources sector operates by collaborating with skilled people and contributing to real projects and business challenges.
• Strengthen capability by building your innovation and problem-solving abilities to help shape improvements.
