Job summary

BHP is offering a 24‑month Graduate Program designed to develop your skills through structured onboarding, guided learning paths and support from your graduate cohort, buddy and leaders. You’ll work on meaningful projects in resources, technology, decarbonisation and safe, sustainable operations, building hands‑on experience from day one.

Depending on discipline and location, roles may be residential, in city offices, or FIFO.

Qualifications

• Graduated within the past two years or due to graduate by end of 2027.
• Open to diverse disciplines across engineering, science, technology and business.
• Visa requirements: international applicants with valid visa and no work restrictions by February 2028.
