Qualificações

• Graduated within the past two years or due to graduate by end of 2027.
• Engineering disciplines include Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Civil, Geotechnical, Metallurgy / Minerals Processing, Chemical, Construction, Environmental, or Instrumentation, Control & Automation.
• Science: Hydrogeology, Environmental and Earth Sciences, Physics, Chemistry, Spatial Science (Surveying), or Geographical Information Systems.
• Technology, Business, Health Science and related fields.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in a 24-month program with structured onboarding and guided learning.
• Work on meaningful projects across resources, technology, decarbonisation and safe, sustainable operations.
• Collaborate with teams and leaders to develop skills and confidence.
• Role may be residential, city office, or FIFO depending on discipline and location.
