Job summary

St Joseph’s Primary School Lockhart is seeking Classroom Teachers for 2027 as leave replacements. You will design engaging lessons, differentiate learning, and work with staff to deliver quality curriculum aligned with NSW standards.

The role requires accreditation or commitment to obtain it, and a thorough knowledge of K‑6 education. It includes responsibilities to build strong relationships with families while upholding Catholic education values.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of the K-6 curriculum and ability to plan, develop, implement, and evaluate high-quality programs.
• Demonstrated capacity to use assessment data to personalise and differentiate learning.
• Strong relationship building with parents, staff and community; collaborative mindset.
• Commitment to accreditation or ongoing professional development in RE pedagogy.
