Foxleigh Mine in Queensland invites enrolled students to register interest for Vacation Student Opportunities across disciplines including mechanical, electrical and mining engineering, geology, environmental science, accounting and human resources.

The program offers paid onsite industry experience during university breaks, with opportunities to work alongside experienced professionals and gain exposure to daily open-cut mining operations. Accommodation and meals are provided onsite.

About Foxleigh Mine:

Foxleigh Mine is located in Queensland’s Bowen Basin coalfield, 12km south of Middlemount and 272km northwest of Rockhampton. The mine was established in 1999 as an open cut operation producing benchmark quality, LV PCI coal for the export market.
