A leading real estate services company in Melbourne is offering a Graduate Program aimed at creating future market leaders in property. The program provides a structured environment for students currently studying or recently graduated in business or property. Participants will rotate through various services and develop essential skills over the duration of the program, concluding in December 2026.

Qualifications

• In your second, third or final year or have recently completed a degree in business or property.
• Demonstrated extracurricular commitment to the Real Estate and Property sector.

Program Description

We want to create market leaders of the future within property. Our Graduate program allows us the opportunity to identify passionate students who want to accelerate their career within a supportive and structured environment.

Program Details

The program will provide successful candidates the opportunity to work in a full-time or part-time fixed contract capacity and will commence in February 2026. The program ends in December 2026 with the aim to offer full-time permanent roles in 2027. We are looking for students who are in their second, third or final year or those who have recently completed their studies in a business or property related degree.

Our successful, structured program works on a rotation basis which will provide you exposure to the multiple services lines across the business.

Qualifications

• In your second, third or final year or have recently completed a degree in business or property with strong academic achievement.
• Must be able to work full-time or part time in 2026 (minimum of 3 days).
• Demonstrated extracurricular commitment to the Real Estate and Property sector.

1. A covering letter addressing the four selection criteria listed above.
2. A resume detailing your professional experience, study and any related activities.
3. An academic transcript from your study so far.
