Job summary

Gallagher is launching its 2027 Graduate Program in Brisbane designed to give you real responsibility from day one. You’ll gain hands-on experience across rotations in the business and learn directly from experienced leaders and mentors.

The program focuses on building commercial, client and communication skills, with a dedicated program manager, buddy support and structured learning. At the end, you’ll move into a permanent role aligned to your strengths and interests.

Qualifications

• Be on track to complete your undergraduate degree by 2026.
• Hold Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
• Eligible for Gallagher Graduate Program Brisbane.
