Job summary

NDIS Discover Nursing Australia is seeking a friendly Disability Support Worker to provide 1:1 community access support to a female participant in Seville. You will help her get out, attend cafes, shops and appointments, and engage in activities that promote independence.

This role suits someone who enjoys building connections, working independently with initiative, and delivering safe, reliable support with flexible shifts and competitive contractor rates.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent is required.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check, National Police Check, First Aid and CPR.
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
• Australian working rights and a current driver’s licence, plus access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 community access support to a female participant in Seville.
• Assist with cafés, lunches, social outings, shopping and appointments.
• Support participation in walks, parks, and local leisure activities.
• Foster independence, confidence and meaningful community connections.
