Zusammenfassung

ISG International Service Group seeks a highly experienced Workshop Supervisor for its operations in Africa. You will take full ownership of repair and maintenance for premium brands, oversee earth-moving equipment, and ensure high machine availability while leading a team of about 30 people.

The role requires a strong technical background in mechanical, hydraulic, electrical or mechatronics engineering and a hands-on leadership style with excellent communication.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and power systems.
• Experience in equipment maintenance and repair.

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Workshop Supervisor for a leading international construction company operating in Africa. The company provides comprehensive services in the planning, design, engineering, construction, operation, and maintenance of buildings, infrastructure, and industrial projects. With more than 50 years of proven expertise, the company has established itself as a key player in the construction industry.

Your Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of all repair and maintenance activities for premium machinery brands such as CAT, Liebherr and JCB
• Oversee activities for earth-moving equipment and construction site machinery
• Provide troubleshooting and diagnostic support for complex technical cases
• Ensure high machine availability and repair quality in line with construction site operational requirements
• Lead, support and develop the team (about 30 people)

Your Profil:

• Recognized higher technical qualification, ideally master craftsman qualification, a degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and power systems Familiarity with workshop workflows, safety and diagnostics
• Working experience with equipment maintenance and repair
• Hands-on leader with strong communication skills and a flexible, solution-oriented mindset
