Zusammenfassung

ISG International Service Group seeks a highly experienced Workshop Supervisor for its operations in Africa. You will take full ownership of repair and maintenance for premium brands, oversee earth-moving equipment, and ensure high machine availability while leading a team of about 30 people.

The role requires a strong technical background in mechanical, hydraulic, electrical or mechatronics engineering and a hands-on leadership style with excellent communication.

Qualifikationen

• Master craftsman or equivalent technical qualification.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and power systems.
• Experience in equipment maintenance and repair.

Aufgaben

• Take full ownership of repair and maintenance for premium machinery brands (CAT, Liebherr, JCB).
• Oversee earth-moving equipment and construction site machinery operations.
• Provide troubleshooting and diagnostic support for complex technical cases.
• Ensure high machine availability and repair quality aligned with site requirements.
• Lead, support and develop a team of about 30 people.
