Job summary
FH Collective Academy is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support a global online community. This fully remote role offers relocation assistance to Greece and a relocation package including EU flight and airport pickup, with a performance bonus up to 250 EUR gross per month.
Fluency in German and English is required. You will provide empathetic support, investigate issues, advocate for safety, and use data to improve the user experience while enjoying the Mediterranean lifestyle.
