Qualifications

• Coordinate and prioritize service calls to resolve malfunctions quickly.
• Plan deployment of technical resources and monitor open work orders.
• Ensure materials and parts are available for on-time service calls.
• Collaborate with service teams and internal stakeholders for information flow.
• Help reduce downtime and improve service quality and efficiency.
• Identify improvement opportunities for service processes.
