Job summary

Vestas North & Central Europe unit is seeking a Service Operations Dispatcher (m/f/d) to coordinate and prioritize service calls, plan deployment of resources, and ensure timely availability of parts. You will work closely with service teams to minimize downtime and improve turbine availability in Central Europe.

Ideal candidates have vocational training, solid German and English skills, and proficiency in MS Office and SAP; Salesforce a plus.

Qualifications

• You have completed vocational training in a technical or commercial field.
• Structured approach to work and ability to coordinate processes effectively.
• You understand technology at a basic level and adapt to new subjects readily.
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP; Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prioritize service calls to resolve equipment malfunctions.
• Plan efficient deployment of technical resources, monitor open work orders, and ensure timely processing.
• Ensure timely availability of materials and replacement parts for service calls.
• Work closely with service teams and internal stakeholders to maintain a steady flow of information.
• Reduce downtime, increase equipment availability, and ensure high service quality.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and help make service processes more efficient.

About the department

The Vestas North & Central Europe business unit is responsible for the sales, installation, and service of Vestas wind turbines in Central Europe. The service department is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of our turbines. Our objective is to rank among the strongest business units in the Vestas Group, and teamwork plus clear communication are key.

• The minimum salary according to the collective agreement for Job Category 3 in the first year is at least €2.727,40 (full‑time equivalent based on 14 monthly payments); a higher salary is possible depending on qualifications and relevant work experience
