Holzkern, renowned for nature-inspired watches, seeks a Product Developer Watches to drive from concept to production. You bring deep watch industry knowledge and hands-on technical insight into components, movements, finishes and supplier collaboration.

You will balance aesthetics, function and cost, lead development with internal teams, and shape future collections while reflecting Holzkern's philosophy of natural beauty and lasting value.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of proven experience in product design, development, management or production within the watch industry.
• Strong understanding of watches: components, movements, case construction, materials and production methods.
• Experience with watch suppliers, manufacturers and production partners.
• Ability to evaluate designs from creative and technical perspectives.

Aufgaben

• Research trends and translate insights into compelling product briefs.
• Translate trend insights into briefs aligned with brand identity for male and female designs.
• Build relationships with suppliers and manufacturing partners for smooth collaboration.
• Facilitate internal communication and be a trusted partner for product questions.
• Oversee development from concept to finished product balancing creativity, feasibility and cost.
• Monitor product quality and resolve challenges during sampling and production.
