Job summary

The Social Hub in Austria seeks a friendly waiter/waitress to welcome guests, take orders, and keep service flowing with confidence, speed and warmth.

You’ll jump between tables, bar, kitchen and colleagues, ensuring smooth, connected and fun service while guests from around the world feel at home.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience or strong enthusiasm to learn.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with people.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with energy and make them feel instantly at ease.
• Take orders, serve dishes, and share menu recommendations with confidence.
• Keep the floor running smoothly by anticipating needs.
• Coordinate with bar and kitchen to ensure accurate delivery.
• Handle questions and small hiccups with calm, friendly problem solving.

• You speak English and German; any extra languages are a plus
• You take pride in a clean, professional appearance
• You bring a positive attitude and enjoy being part of a supportive team
