LSP – Light Sensors & Photonics, part of ams OSRAM, seeks a shift-operations candidate in Austria. You will operate complex automated wafer production systems, perform surface inspection with microscopes, follow work instructions, and take precise measurements of layers, resistances, and particles.

The role requires completing school or vocational training, German B1, and willingness to work all shifts. Expect structured safety, 5S practices, and strong teamwork with career opportunities.

Qualificações

• Completed school or vocational training.
• Good technical understanding.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• German knowledge (at least B1).
• Willingness to work in fully continuous shift operation in all shifts (early shift, late shift and night shift).
• Follow safety, cleanroom and 5S methodology.
• Willingness to learn.
• Flexible in terms of changes (including coverage or priorities).
• Team player and communicates proactively.

Responsabilidades

• Operation of highly complex, automated systems for wafer production.
• Check out on the wafer surface by using a microscope.
• Machine checks according to work instructions.
• Various measurements of layer thickness, resistances, particles, etc.
