Jobgether is seeking a VP of Programmatic Engineering based in Switzerland with strong leadership in adtech. The role includes ownership of architecture, strategy, and delivery across both client and server-side programmatic systems, including privacy and integrity features.

You will lead a compact, highly skilled team, drive performance and scalability, and engage with Prebid and IAB ecosystems while staying hands-on with complex technical decisions.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of professional engineering leadership in adtech or similar.
• Fluent English and strong communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Deep experience with programmatic advertising stacks and governance.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end programmatic engineering architecture and roadmap.
• Lead client-side and server-side auction infrastructure and related services.
• Set priorities, manage budget, and drive performance and reliability in production.
• Own consent management, privacy enforcement (TCF/GPP), and anti-fraud measures.
• Mentor two tech leads and a FastCMP team to build a high-performing culture.
• Represent the org in industry groups and partner ecosystems.
