3VC is a European venture capital fund investing in startups with global ambition. Based in Vienna, we offer a 6-month off-cycle engagement with the investment team to identify, meet and engage with exceptional founders across Europe.

This role is a launchpad for a future career in VC or startups. You will be embedded with the senior team, handling market mapping, research, and due diligence, with remuneration starting at €40,000 gross annually.

Qualifikationen

We offer a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of Venture Capital through a 6-month off-cycle engagement. We are looking for someone to join the investment team and help us identify, meet and engage with exceptional founders that are eager to build significant companies coming out of Europe. This experience is designed to give you a foundation for a future career in Venture Capital, launching your own startup, or joining an early-stage company. There may be an opportunity to continue with us beyond the initial six months.

Your Responsibilities

We expect you to:

• Identify and engage with outstanding founders and companies as early as possible. You’ll also perform thesis-driven research and monitor data-driven dealflow to discover opportunities.
• Be embedded in the senior investment team and work on a variety of tasks ranging from market mapping, testing solutions and competitive analysis to supporting the entire due diligence process.

• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (STEM or business-related). Previous internship or work experience in tech, consulting, or startups is preferred.
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Austria.
