Roche's 360 Labs Initiative within pRED seeks a highly motivated board-certified Veterinary Pathologist. You will evaluate preclinical studies, provide anatomical and pathological consultations, and collaborate with scientists across therapeutic areas to advance drug discovery projects.

You will stay current with histology and digital pathology advances, presenting updates to internal stakeholders and at scientific conferences, in a role that emphasizes collaboration and operational excellence.

Qualifikationen

• DVM graduate degree, ideally board certification (ECVP/ACVP), with at least 3 years of professional experience in academic or pharma/biotech settings.
• Strong diagnostic and analytical skills in preclinical animal models.
• Enthusiastic about teamwork and collaborating with colleagues across therapeutic areas.

Aufgaben

• Execute pathological evaluation of preclinical studies and serve as the point of contact for anatomical, physiological, and pathological consultations.
• Partner with the Platform Head to drive operational success, evaluating capacity and managing project requests.
• Act as the primary interface between the Tissue & Spatial Technologies Platform and other pRED pathology groups.
• Engage with current literature to stay at the forefront of histology and digital pathology technologies; present findings to stakeholders and at conferences.
