Zusammenfassung

Roche is seeking a visionary leader to head the RoCOB biorepository within the 360 Labs chapter of pRED. You will oversee generation, QC, and storage of cell lines and organoids, ensuring high scientific standards and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with discovery leaders and external partners to standardise processes, drive innovation, and accelerate exploratory research across therapeutic areas within pRED.

Qualifikationen

• PhD in a relevant life science field with at least 10 years of professional experience.
• Strong leadership of a biobanking group is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a matrix organisation.

Aufgaben

• Lead the RoCOB platform within 360 Labs, overseeing generation, QC, cryopreservation, and inventory management of cell lines and organoid assets.
• Refine RoCOB strategy with senior leadership and ensure scientific rigour and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and mentor a diverse team of scientists, driving innovation and cross-functional partnerships across pRED.
