Eaton is seeking a Product Manager to support the development and execution of strategic product plans for a range of assigned product lines at the Burton on the Wolds site. You will coordinate with sales, manufacturing, and R&D to deliver growth, profitability and market share through well‑targeted launches and lifecycle management.

Qualifikationen

• Familiar with financial measurements of an investment opportunity and NPD process.
• General understanding of manufacturing technologies and relies on manufacturing engineering to stay abreast of the latest technologies.
• Understanding of markets and customers and works with the sales team to build and maintain this intelligence.

• Develop and implement strategic product plans for assigned product lines.
• Lead product launch processes and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Evaluate customer requests and prioritize profitability, market share, and costs.
• Create, develop and maintain a five-year product roadmap and coordinate planning inputs.
• Coordinate price and margin objectives with the product-pricing group.
