Eaton Corporation is seeking a pricing leader to own and drive pricing discipline for project business across ES EMEA. You will define cost, risk and margin structures, enforce gates, and ensure transparent quotes before tender submission.

The role requires coordinating with Tendering, Sales, Project teams and Commercial Finance to uphold pricing integrity. Strong analytics, English fluency, and cross‑functional collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business.
• Minimum 5–8 years of pricing experience.
• Commercial finance or sales experience is advantageous.

• Own and drive project pricing discipline across ES EMEA.
• Define pricing framework, cost build-up, and margin architecture.
• Ensure full cost, risk, and margin transparency before tender submission.
• Enforce pricing gates and pre-quote controls.
• Clarify ownership among Tendering, Sales, Project teams and Commercial Finance.
• Lead continuous improvement of pricing practices across project businesses.
• Extract deal-level insights to refine pricing guardrails.
