Eaton Corporation is seeking a Material Handling & Inventory Accuracy Team Lead at our Schrems plant. This role demands oversight of supply chain processes to enhance delivery performance and inventory accuracy.

This position will be located in our plant in Schrems electrical sector – enclosures/power distribution components.
The Supply Chain Team lead is responsible and accountable for driving the supply chain activities in his/her related production plant. The role administers the local supply chain resources and is accountable for results in the domain of delivery performance (NSOTP, OTTR, OTD), inventory accuracy and freight. A key responsibility is to ensure the successful execution of the aligned supply plan and master production schedule of the plan, in alignment with the Network Planning Organization and the local key stakeholder. The Material Handling Lead & Inventory Accuracy lead administers the MRO purchasing function according to SCM standards, adhering to accounting and purchasing Principles and Sarbanes‑Oxley requirements. The incumbent drives improvement in local SCM function/processes, ensuring compliance with corporate, divisional, and local practices and procedures. The role will be a key stakeholder in ensuring proper MRP and ERP discipline, using the tool and processes advised and establishing a culture of compliance and adoption to and of new processes in a changing environment.
