The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in design systems, mastery of Figma, and a collaborative mindset. You will work closely with engineers and document usage guidelines to empower the team.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5+ years working on or leading a design system or UI framework.
• Expert-level proficiency with Figma, including design tokens and multi-platform library management.
• Experience with WCAG 2.1/2.2 standards and accessibility in design.

Aufgaben

• Own and evolve nyra's design system, including component libraries and documentation.
• Work closely with frontend engineers to ensure implementation accuracy.
• Establish processes for team growth and system contribution.
