IQVIA is seeking a Turkish-speaking Clinical Independent Rater for remote, part-time work to support clinical trials. The role focuses on reviewing scales, ensuring assessment quality, and guiding raters through methodology and scoring during live sessions.

The position requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of psychiatric assessment experience, with fluency in English and native-level Turkish.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree or higher in psychology, counseling, psychiatric nursing, social work, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years administering psychiatric assessments, rating scales, or structured interviews (MINI and MADRS).
• At least 3 years of clinical experience with psychiatric populations.
• Experience administering scales in clinical research trials (not basic graduate work) and CNS trial exposure is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Participate in orientation, training, and calibration activities.
• Review case data and prepare for rater discussions with available documents.
• Conduct patient interviews and clinical assessments with study participants.
• Administer, score, and interpret clinical rating scales and structured interviews.
• Provide feedback on assessment methodology and scoring to raters via live discussions.
• Complete assigned assessments and related activities within study timelines.
• Maintain protocol compliance and data quality while working with participants.
• Submit documentation, reports, and assessment records accurately and on time.
