Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Previous monitoring experience in Austria.
• Must demonstrate good computer skills and be able to embrace new technologies.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage required travel for monitoring visits in Austria.

Aufgaben

• Performs site qualification, site initiation, interim monitoring, site management activities and close-out visits (on-site or remotely).
• Assesses site performance and provides action plans; communicates serious issues to the project team.
• Verifies informed consent processes and protects subject confidentiality.
• Conducts Source Document Review and validates data accuracy in CRFs; supports data capture and queries.
• Ensures IP inventory, storage, and labeling comply with protocol and regulations.
• Reviews Investigator Site File and TMF; ensures archiving of essential documents.
• Manages site-level activities, timelines and budgets; adapts to changing priorities.
• Acts as liaison with study site personnel and ensures team training and compliance.
• Prepares for Investigator Meetings and sponsor meetings; participates in global meetings.
• Supports audit readiness and implements follow-up actions; maintains ICH/GCP knowledge.
