Fronius International GmbH seeks a Technical Support Regional - System Engineer to support welding equipment in the field, demonstrate product value, and assist the sales process. Extensive travel to customer sites and installations is required to ensure success and customer satisfaction.

The role involves configuring systems, solving field issues, delivering training, and partnering with sales and service teams across regions.

Qualifikationen

• Associates/Bachelor’s Degree from accredited college or university preferred.
• Travel readiness to USA and Europe as part of regional role.
• Experience in electrical technology/engineering or welding is a plus.
• Familiarity with MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Aufgaben

• Understand Fronius equipment configurations and installation processes.
• Troubleshoot and repair welding equipment at client sites.
• Evaluate client needs for upgrades or new installations.
• Support sales with system configurations to fit customer requirements.
• Provide training and product guidance at customer locations and events.
