Qualifikationen

• Aptitude for problem solving.
• Help desk experience is a plus.
• Basic electrical knowledge and/or welding experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Responds promptly and professionally to incoming phone calls and provides effective technical and customer support.
• Diagnoses technical issues using customer provided information and guides customers through troubleshooting steps.
• Maintains accurate and comprehensive technical support records in CRM and SharePoint.
• Provides information on Fronius welding technologies and solutions to customers and prospective clients.
• Assists with product availability, pricing, quotations, and technical documentation as needed.
