Fronius USA, LLC is seeking a Field Sales Representative to combine welding expertise with strategic sales acumen and expand our market share across the USA. You will demonstrate Fronius solutions to new and existing customers, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and develop account plans for national and regional accounts.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in sales or welding industry preferred.
• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• Willing and able to travel regularly within the USA.
• Knowledge of Spanish and/or German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Establishes new prospects through cold calls, trade shows, site visits, school visits, and other interactions.
• Generates new business opportunities from existing customers and other channels.
• Maintains current customers by staying in contact and responding quickly to needs.
• Develops product knowledge to perform demonstrations and discuss equipment upgrades.
• Coordinates budgets, forecasts, and reports with Regional Sales Manager.
• Builds and manages a stable sales pipeline for steady growth.
• Monitors opportunities and nurtures them to completion.
• Participates in trade fairs, seminars, and professional organizations as required.
