Qualificações

• No industry experience required; training provided.
• German language skills required; English a plus.
• Willingness to learn, ask questions and stay calm under pressure.
• Ability to handle numbers, deadlines and documents accurately.

Responsabilidades

• Enter transport orders in the system and verify details.
• Organise and follow up collections and deliveries.
• Prepare transport documents and calculate freight costs.
• Communicate with customers, carriers and drivers by phone and email.
• Assist in carrier selection and price negotiations.
• Support on damage cases and customer inquiries.
• Take on own transports after onboarding.
