Job summary

Kapsch is seeking a System Engineer in Vienna to design, plan, execute and own requirement engineering for toll collection and telematic systems. You will work with customers, project teams, and technical stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Preferred candidates hold a Master’s degree and at least 3 years of system engineering experience, with fluency in English and German. A market-based gross salary of EUR 65,000 per year is offered along with social benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in system engineering, software architecture, computer science, information technology, electrical engineering, telematics or similar.
• At least 3 years system engineering experience in a professional environment.
• Experience in electronic toll collection or telematic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, planning, execution and ownership of requirement engineering for toll collection systems.
• Technical project management within bid and implementation phases.
• Functional analysis and architecture including all system functions and interfaces with other engineers.
